HBO Announces Production Commencement for ‘GoT’ Prequel Series

Dragons! Here is finally an update about Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon that was first teased in announcement over a year ago. This upcoming series based on George R. R. Martin’s book ‘Fire & Blood’ (2018) will focus on the rise and fall of the fiery House Targaryen. Now, the official Thrones Twitter announced a production start date and some fiery dragon concept art. What more could you ask for GoT fans?

Since the series will lead into the Targaryen civil war fondly titled the ‘Dance of the Dragons’, brace for dragon battles.

House of the Dragon is expected to be aired in 2022.
